In the ecumenical world there are numerous documents circulating. Many of these are only available on the internet, and are only posted on websites for short times. Other documents are part of the continuing record of the churches' reflection on ecumenical issues. In either case, they form part of the ecumenical teaching tradition, and are an important part of the theological reflection that is essential for the continuing rapprochement of the churches.
We have compiled an extensive list of such documents. These links are intended to provide a comprehensive look at the documents of the churches and of the ecumenical movement. Please send us suggestions for new links. If you have any corrections to propose, we would be very appreciative.
Sorting:
Documents are sorted according to their provenance. Therefore, those produced by ecumenical agencies, commissions or dialogues are listed under "ecumenical". Documents on ecumenical topics that were produced by single churches or other sources, are found under those headings.
