The Prairie Centre for Ecumenism is a joint effort of the Anglican, Lutheran (ELCIC), Presbyterian, Roman Catholic, Ukrainian Catholic and United churches of central Saskatchewan. The Centre's purpose is to promote inter-Christian dialogue and cooperative projects at the congregational and regional levels. As well, the Centre is responsible for promoting inter-religious understanding and harmony.

The workshops and presentations described below are one small way in which the Centre furthers these goals. These are available free-of-charge to any religious organization. Those requesting a presentation that will involve considerable travel are kindly asked to contribute, if possible, to the travel expenses of the facilitators.

There are a numerous people in Saskatchewan who represent an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of inter-church or inter-religious dialogue. In the event that the Centre is unable to provide a workshop or presentation on a topic of interest, we will make every attempt to find an appropriate facilitator for you.

Christian Unity and Dialogue

I ask ... that they may all be one. As you, Father, are in me, and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. (John 17:20-21)
